Product Safety & Hygiene:

• At BootieButtah, product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety are priorities. Because our handcrafted botanical products are intended for personal body care, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery. Once a product's seal has been broken or the product has been used, we cannot verify whether it has been exposed to contamination, improper handling, or unsuitable storage conditions. For health and hygiene reasons, returned personal-care products are not restocked or resold.

        Damaged Products Upon Arrival;

• For your safety, do not use products that arrive opened, leaking, contaminated, or with a broken protective seal. Report shipping damage within 48 hours, keep the packaging, and send photos when possible. Claims are reviewed individually. Refunds or replacements aren't automatic, but products that arrive damaged or defective may qualify under applicable consumer protections.

      Summer Care & Gift Cards

• During the summer months, Its hot with this crazy climate change.  We ship our products frozen to keep them fresh. If your body butter happens to melt during transit, just pop it in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours. While the whipped texture may change, it remains botanically fabulous!

• Please note that we do not accept returns on digital e-gift cards. Thank you for understanding!
