Return Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted body care, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product was damaged in transit, please email info@bootiebuttah.com with your order number and photo within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on digital e-gift cards.

Shipping Policy

We ship throughout the U.S. via USPS or UPS.

Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Tracking info will be emailed once your order is processed.
We no longer offer international shipping at this time with the cost associated with fluid nature of worldwide tariffs. (We still ship to Puerto Rico and Hawaii.)
At BootieButtah, we are committed to ensuring your products are packaged and shipped with care. We provide $50 insurance for USPS deliveries, and while we do not take responsibility for stolen or misdirected mail, we strongly recommend sending your package to a secure location away from extreme temperatures. For any insurance claims, simply visit the USPS website or call 800-ASK-USPS. We track every shipment and will send you a USPS confirmation number via email.
