Return Policy

Because our handcrafted body care products are made with love, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective! During the summer months, we ship our products frozen to keep them fresh.
If your body butter happens to melt during transit, just pop them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours!
While the whipped texture may change, rest assured they still botanically fabulous! If your product arrives damaged, don’t worry! shoot us an email at info@bootiebuttah.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll take care of it!
Please note that we do not accept returns on digital e-gift cards. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping Policy

We’re excited to share that we ship all over the U.S. using USPS or UPS! Your orders are on the way within just 3–5 business days,
We’ll keep you in the loop by emailing tracking info as soon as your order is processed. While we currently don’t offer international shipping due to the ever-changing tariffs (but don’t worry, we still ship to Puerto Rico and Hawaii!), we’re dedicated to making sure your products arrive safely.
At BootieButtah, we take care in packaging and shipping your items, providing $50 insurance for USPS deliveries.
Just a heads up: while we recommend sending your package to a secure location away from extreme temperatures, we can’t take for stolen or misdirected mail For any insurance claims, simply head over to the USPS website or give them a call at 800-ASK-US.
Rest assured, we track every shipment and will send you a USPS confirmation number via email!
